The BTG Board will kick off the 2025 Chautauqua Season with an all-day retreat on Thursday, June 19, 2025.

​

Our first full, in-person board meeting of the 2025 season will be Friday, June 20, 2025 at 10am.

​

The BTG Board meets every Monday morning during the season from 8:30-9:00am in a Stand-up Meeting format to share notes about the coming week.

​

We will close the season with a full board meeting week nine to elect officers for the 2026 season.

​

We meet by zoom as necessary during the off-season and in the boardroom of Smith Wilkes Hall during the summer season.
